This MBA aims to increase the range of potential career choices available including managerial or executive roles within a wide spectrum of industries. It provides students with an understanding of what is required to make businesses successful. It can also help managers or executives identify and implement changes required to ensure an organisation achieve success (or remain successful within a fast evolving business environment).
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Recognised First Degree
With minimum 2 years Supervisory / Managerial experience
Approval for admission may also be granted in the absence of an approved undergraduate degree, where applicant is able to demonstrate extensive work experience.

The Victoria University’s MBA consists of 2 parts – a Stansfield-conducted Postgraduate Diploma and the VU MBA proper.

ASSESSMENT
Students will experience a range of types of assessment. Students will be assessed through skill-based exercises, individual coursework assignments, seminar paper discussion, presentations and examinations. They will have taken part in group projects and understand the relevance of practical team management projects.
Students will present themselves for examinations at agreed times during the year. All assessments will be set and marked by University of Faculty, with advice and moderation from academic staff at associated universities.
AWARD
Students will be awarded the Master of Business Administration for successfully completion of the program.
